Do I have to sign up to get support?

No, however the support & coaching programmes have been designed to deliver the best value but you can still purchase support by the 1/2 day.

What if I can't attend a session?

All of our training and Q&A sessions are recorded and the videos are published usually within 14 days of the session. Personal sessions are also recorded but only made available to the atendee.

How do I access the training?

The live training and Q&A sessions are all hosted via Zoom. Archived training sessions are available in the members area of the website.

What guarantees do I have?

We offer a 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee on all annual plans a 7 day money back satisfaction guarantee  on all monthly plans.

* No training or support calls are held during August and December



How many participants are on the live Q&A sessions?

We limit the number of people in each live Q&A session to a maximum of 16, but typically as these are used as drop in sessions it’s rare to have anymore that 4-6 at any one time.

When do the live sessions take place?

The live coaching sessions take place on the *1st Wednesday of each month and the live Q&A sessions take place on the *3rd Wednesday of each month.

Can a I cancel?

Yes you can cancel within the first 30 days of an annual plan or within 7 days of a monthly plan. Should wish to cancel outside of these periods please do contact us so we can help.
